Lesson Termination Policy
If you need to cancel lessons permanently, we kindly ask for at least 30 days’ notice. This includes cancellations during summer months, as your lesson time is reserved on a year-round basis unless otherwise discussed.
Note:
If notice is given mid-month, a prorated tuition amount will be due for the following month to fulfill the 30-day cancellation period. Students are welcome to continue attending lessons during this time.
Please note that we do not hold time slots during a student’s absence, as this impacts teacher compensation. If a student plans to take a break, we will simply place the account on hold. Upon return, the student can be added back to the calendar based on current availability, and a new invoice will be issued.
We understand that schedules can change, and we’ll do our best to find a spot that works when you’re ready to resume lessons.
