To help teachers stay organized and responsive, email is the preferred method of communication for all questions regarding lessons, schedules, or absences. Text messages can be difficult to track and are more likely to be missed or lost over time.
If you are running late or have a time-sensitive update on the day of your lesson, a text is acceptable. For all other inquiries, please use email so we can ensure your message is properly received and addressed.

Photo/video Release Form
From time to time, we may share student photos/videos on our website or social media. No names are ever posted unless they are featured as our Student in the Spotlight, which we will address with you before posting.
By agreeing to the term you are authorizing Blue Frog School of Music to use photos or videos of your child, captured during lessons or events, for promotional purposes, such as our website, social media, or flyers. Participation is optional, and no compensation or ownership rights are associated. Thank you for supporting our music community!
Families can opt in or out anytime through their profile on Opus1 or by contacting us at tuition@bluefrogschoolofmusic.
