Sarah's Musical Journey

Sarah is a professional performer, composer, and educator with more than 30 years of experience helping students build confidence, artistry, and a lifelong love of music. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and has built a career spanning classical performance, songwriting, music education, and live entertainment.

A classically trained pianist and operatic vocalist, Sarah has performed professionally across the country, opened for national touring artists, sung before audiences of more than 40,000 and continues to perform for a wide variety of events and venues. Her original songs and compositions have been featured in commercials, independent films, and international creative projects.

Before joining Blue Frog, Sarah founded a successful private music studio in Sedona, Az. and later served as Music Director at Wimberley Montessori School for 15 years until they closed in spring of ’24. Drawing from experience in classical, opera, pop, folk, jazz, musical theatre, worship music, and contemporary singer songwriter styles she teaches voice, piano, ukulele, guitar, flute, and trombone.

Sarah believes music lessons should build both skill and confidence while fostering creativity and a genuine love of music. Whether a student is preparing for the stage, learning a favorite song, or discovering music for the very first time, she creates a supportive environment where students feel encouraged, challenged, and excited to grow.

Having taught everyone from preschool children to helping young adults prepare for auditions, Sarah enjoys meeting students wherever they are on their musical journey. Each individual is encouraged to develop their own creative voice alongside strong musical foundations, and every lesson is tailored to help each student reach their unique goals.
